ELECTROSTATIC ROD ACRYLIC 300 X 10MM

Electrostatic rods are used for generating static charges for the teaching and the demonstration of electrostatics. The various material are: Nylon, Acrylic, Polystyrene (Styrene), Polyethylene (Polythene), Glass and Ebonite (vulcanised rubber). Sizes are 300x10mm LxD. The Nylon, Acrylic, Styrene and Polythene rods with the name of the plastic moulded into one end. It can be demonstrated that when various materials are rubbed with different cloths, polarity charges are generated.
